Shipping & Returns
All embroidered items are made to order. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery of your customized purchases.
If you require faster production and shipping, we are happy to accommodate requests, please contact us directly at 504-510-4420 or firstname.lastname@example.org before your purchase. Additional fees will apply to all rush orders. Orders placed after 2pm will not be processed until the following business day.
We hope that you love your items from our shoppe, however, if you find the product is not to your liking, you may return as new, in original packaging within 14 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we do NOT offer returns or exchanges on any custom ordered bedding/linen products, or personalized goods. Please be certain to carefully review and double check your monogramming letters, spelling & placement details before completing your purchase. Should an error be made on our part, we will do our very best to replace the item as quickly as possible, or if not able to do so offer full refund.
If you are interested in having us embroider your items, please contact us for our customer owned merchandise price list, as well as the Outside Order form for you to fill out, sign, and return with your items. Turnaround time for customer owner items is at least 2-3 weeks; and perhaps longer during the busy buying times.
For customer provided items, all efforts will be made to make sure your items are perfect, however we do not replace or reimburse for outside items that are damaged in the embroidery process.
